How Payments Are Processed

Detailer Systems does not directly store or process your credit card or payment information.

All subscription payments are handled through one trusted third-party payment provider (such as Whop, Ruul.io, or a similar platform), which is responsible for:

• Secure payment collection
• Subscription management
• Payment method storage
• Recurring monthly billing
• Payment confirmations and receipts

This ensures your financial information is handled using industry-standard security and compliance practices.

Your Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance.
• The current subscription fee is $297 per month, unless otherwise stated.
• Your subscription renews each billing cycle until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your paid billing period.

There are no long-term contracts.

Payment Provider Responsibility

Because payments are processed by a third-party platform:

• Payment disputes, failed charges, and billing method updates may be handled through that provider's interface.
• Each provider operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Detailer Systems is not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by the payment processor.

When you subscribe, you also agree to the terms of the selected payment provider.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

• The payment provider may automatically retry the charge.
• Access to services may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
• Continued failure to resolve payment issues may result in account termination.

We recommend keeping your payment details up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Using a third-party payment provider does not change:

• Our no-contract model
• Our cancellation terms
• Our refund policy
